While you do get 3 fans out of the box you can install up to 6 in total. 2 at the top, 3 in the front and another one at the back. The included fans are optimized for pressure which means that you can mount the radiator directly to the front of the case without having to use the fans included with the AIO liquid cooler.

This case is ideal for liquid cooling. You can install a 240mm radiator at the top and a 360mm radiator at the front. This is ideal if you want to liquid cool your graphics card and your processor. You can even install an exhaust fan at the back. Airflow is not going to be an issue even with all the glass. There are spaces between the panels that allow air to flow into the case.
The downside here is that the tempered glass makes it very heavy. The glass also comes in the way when you upgrade your system. If you build your PC once and put it in a single place and do not upgrade much then that is not going to be an issue but if you upgrade things very often then the glass is going to come in the way. So keep that in mind.
